The George Munday 10K organised by Three Counties Running Club is held just outside of Wisbech in the fens. with little to no elevation and good quality surfaces this course is a PB course.
The Medal
The medal is a beautiful heavy brass and enamel square containing a poppy and bordered with blue and the name and date of the race.
The finish and feel of the medal is really premium, the colours really pop out in the red and have a really nice tone in the blues that complement the brass colouring, it feels weighty in the hand and when worn which adds to the feeling of accomplishment.

The ribbon is very high quality with the ends being stitched at the pendant to hide the join, a nice touch. it feels soft and silky and the printing displaying the ‘Three Counties Running Club’ with their logo is high quality.
Overall I rate this medal 9/10
The weight and presentation of the medal paired with a premium ribbon mark this out as one of the best in my collection.
