This race starts in Reepham and makes a 10km figure of eight loop, the first 5km takes place on roads surrounding fields, the second is part of the Marriotts way, an ex railway line that now makes up a trail running from Norwich to Aylsham.
The Medal
This medal is abysmal, made of plyboard and the decoration printed directly onto the medal of a black panther headed with ‘Panther – Real Ale With Bite’ an advertisement for the race sponsor, panther brewery, only in small text at the bottom mentions the race name. this really is scraping the barrel of quality when it comes to medals.

The Ribbon is good quality, soft and silky in white with the organisers logo, race sponsor and the name and date of the race.
Overall I rate this medal 2/10
The only points are awarded for the quality of the ribbon.
