The Trowse 10K organised by City of Norwich AC is a 2 lap course near Norwich, the club have gone out of their way to find the most vicious hill possible for the race, for context, this hill is used as a dry slope skiing centre.

A high quality die cast brass coloured medal with enamel colouring, displaying the City of Norwich AC Name and ‘the easter sunday trowse 10k 2023’ the medal features cut outs between the legs of the depicted runners. smaller size but with a decent weight.

Another example of a good medal let down by a poor ribbon, the colours are vibrant to match the club colours but the material and stitching are of lower quality and bring down the overall impression.

The smaller pendant with the rough ribbon and loose ends on stitching let it down.
